Managing jobs can get difficult and sometimes job details are lost when you are not properly organized. Service Element provides the tools you need to schedule jobs with multiple employees, equipment and materials. As you begin to schedule jobs Service Element knows which employees, equipment and materials are available so you don't have to worry about any schedules overlapping.

Manage Employees

You can manage your employees’ schedules, equipment and payroll all within Service Element. As you enter your employees into Service Element and add them to jobs, payroll is automatically adjusted for jobs the employees have completed.

Manage Payroll

Easily view and make adjustments to payroll. Use the Service Element Payroll Report to determine each employee’s effectiveness.

Manage Equipment

With Service Element you can enter your equipment into the system with equipment details such as name, description, warranty and serial number. You can also schedule equipment with jobs to track their usage.

Manage Materials

Some service companies use materials on a job that don't necessarily get charged to the customer. You can easily add these materials to the system and then schedule them with the job to more accurately reflect the cost of the job.

Job Costing

What is your job profitability? With Service Element you can schedule each job with employees, equipment, materials, products and services to get an accurate estimate of what each job will profit you. This also enables you to provide accurate quotes to potential customers.

Reports

Some would say, "If you can't measure it, you can't manage it." Well, it may not always be that simple but we do provide you with reports as another tool of measurement. These reports include past due accounts, payroll, revenue, payments, worksheets, route-sheets and more.

Graphs

Sometimes the best way to view data is with a graph. All of your company's data is safely stored and organized by Service Element. This information is accessible in graph form for your analysis. Some of our graphs include costs, receivables and profit for weekly and monthly timeframes.

Customer History

Service Element provides you with the ability to easily view a customer's history. View all payments and jobs by customer to ensure that each customer is creating value for you.

Multiple Customer Locations

You may have customers for whom you provide a service for at many locations. Service Element allows for you to add virtually unlimited locations.

With Service Element you can easily email individuals or all customers/prospects at one time with news, offers, and specials. Be sure to get their email address to implement this feature.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you will see upon logging into Service Element. The Dashboard provides you with a summary view of your activities. View jobs that are scheduled in the near future, prospects that need to be contacted and graphs showing your cash flow.

Required Fields

Service Element was designed to be simple to use. All fields in the system have validations to reduce any errors in data entry. Certain fields are required and the system will notify you if anything is missing.

Customer Look and Feel

Service Element was designed so that the same application could have a different look and feel to it. While we have one main design that is recommended we may implement other designs to provide you with a variety.

Employee Photos

This feature is still in development, but when it is ready you will have the ability to upload a photo of each employee to further customize your application.

Data Security

At Service Element we take security seriously. Be assured that your data is secure using the latest in SSL and intrusion detection technologies.

Data Backup

Your data is continually backed up. At anytime you can export the data to your computer.

Data Export

With Service Element you have the ability to download all of your company's information to your PC or laptop.

Web-based, Online

Service Element is a web-based application, meaning all you need to begin using our software is a connection to the Internet and a web browser. There is no software to install and maintain on your computer. Our software is available to you from anywhere you can connect to the Internet.
